Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel for the past 3 years and have rarely faced issues till I shifted my home to Whitefield, Bangalore. Since shifting here I have faced several issues related to frequent disconnection of broadband and after several complaints(around 7 tickets on my name for the same issue in two months), you guys haven't fixed it. Recent issue (Ticket No : 45695066) is open for the past 5 days and I do not have broadband access for these days as well.

After speaking to multiple customer care representatives(Too many to name here) and escalation managers (Shweta, Abdul) and hearing multiple apologies, no fix for my concerned issue was provided. It seems that Airtel guys do not have a clue how an escalation or troubleshooting is done. Especially the Whitefield zone executives (Area manager : Mr. Vinay) are an incompetent, unprofessional, rude bunch. Instead of reaching to an complainant house at a mutually agreeable time, they never arrive on time and just laze around looking at electric poles!!

This issue had occurred previous months and instead of providing a permanent resolution, a quick fix was always provided which falls apart every 15 days. I was a loyal Airtel customer till now and am irritated with such unprofessional behavior from Airtel. I am contemplating to take legal action if I do not get a reply from Airtel guys in the next couple of days.
