Hi

I'm new on here but I hope you can help me.

I bought 3 vouchers on Living Social for "One-hour-50 minute beginners Skiing or Snowboarding lesson from Chill Factore' for £31 each.

The Beginners course at Chill Factore comprises of 3 levels.

In the terms and conditions its says: "Voucher entitles you to purchase Beginner level 2 for £35, Beginner level 3 for £35 or Beginner level 2 and 3 for £65 on redemption"

When I called to arrange the lesson and tried to book a Level 2 class, Chill Factore informed me I could only use the voucher to purchase a level 1 beginners class and not pay the difference to upgrade to a level 2 as the voucher appeared to say. We'd already done the Level 1 previously so we didn't want to do it again. The voucher does not state anywhere that it was only eligible for the Level 1 class.

I contacted Living Social who said as I was outside of the 7 day refund period I was not eligibile for a refund. After much harranguing, they offered a good will credit on my account. Only after I agreed to that did they tell me it would only be for the value of one of vouchers.

Tried to go through my credit card, thinking I would be covered. As I have no products to return and no proof of cancellation means they cannot help me get my money back.

Not sure what to do next, this has been going on for 4 months now.
