Candidates need to provide IA/UX documentation samples in order to be considered. The business is focused on providing services for a single address: video, broadband, phone and home security. This project will build and launch a dynamic platform usable by consumers, and providers that will, through phased launches, enable the creation of an agnostic sales model, subsidized hardware offers and "walk out scheduled" activations.Description of Responsibilities: Interaction Designer will work with business proponents, technical stakeholders and other members of our team to develop IA/UX documentation (wireframes, work flows, prototypes, etc.) The ideal candidate will have interaction design / information architecture experience for web-based applications and will also have experience translating business requirements into intuitive user-friendly solutions.Description of Skills:MUST HAVE 1-2 years of experience working as an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Designer Excellent analytical skills Experience working with dynamic websites and (or) content management systems Experience and familiarity in the capabilities of HTML, DHTML, Flash, multimedia Visual Design experience is a plus Ability to excel in a collaborative environment and deliver work against tight deadlines Fluency and expertise in Axure, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office software products a must Great communication and presentation skills Degree in a related field, such as information design, human-computer interaction, library science, cognitive science, or graphic design is preferredNICE TO HAVE Ability to create low or high fidelity prototypes in appropriate markup language or technology Experience creating and building layouts for prototype usability testing Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript and other languages that allow for better communication of designs with development teamExperience observing or participating in usability testing and user research
