This is a Direct hire opportunity with one of our well known clients.Overview:The Marketing Manager, will be responsible for all aspects of lead generation and demand creation, including television, email marketing, search engine campaigns, and direct marketing. This role will require interface with vendors to make data-driven decisions including creation and execution of a marketing plan with continual review and optimization. The ability to effectively work within a budget is required.This lead generation position is responsible for generating a consistent flow of net new sales opportunities for the department sufficient to achieve stated quotas and business goals. To achieve this objective, the marketing manager will work closely with sales and executive management to achieve a fully integrated lead engine with consistent message in the minds of our target markets.Responsibilities:-- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation/demand creation plan-- Lead and manage Google/Yahoo PPC advertising campaign-- Manage and work with outside media buyer for television advertising-- Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of lead generation campaigns-- Create, manage and accurately forecast the lead generation budget-- Analyze campaign results and optimize for improvement-- Independently create relevant, compelling content in support of all lead generation activities-- Establish and document repeatable processes for lead generation and follow-up by sales-- Build a positive, cooperative relationship with the sales organization-- Manage salesforce.com for marketing; both in data accuracy and reportingQualifications:-- 5+ years B2C lead generation experience-- Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices-- Experience with PPC, SEO, Social-- Strong overall understanding of search ranking factors and content optimization-- Experience with link building-- Ability to liase with IT to interface digital media projects-- Hands on experience in developing and optimizing landing pages-- Knowledge of html/css/javascript/ajax/.net-- Excellent written communication skills an absolute must-- Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals for lead generation-- Proven track record understanding and managing a metrics-driven marketing organization-- Experience in a demanding environment with aggressive growth targets-- Experience using systems such as Salesforce.com,-- Operates with integrity without compromise-- Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized-- Strong leadership, influence and interpersonal skills required-- Must have a strong metrics orientationCertifications AND/OR Education:BA/BS; MBA degree ideal.Please apply online through Consultis? application process.
