Above info is to point just this out what I am fixing to say. I am not endorsing any of these above. Now in the panel surveys, "recommended surveys" hidden in there when you do some surveys is info about flu shots after you agree to do some surveys. Its hidden in there where the ticker would show progress. When you answer these surveys, the ticker does not move on a lot of questions which relate to "would you get the flu shot, are all your people in your household vaccinated? Why or why not? This in in the beginning before the main surveys start. The surveys have a expiration time of 10/19 - 10-26 2015. There may have been more surveys that I have not heard of relating to these revelations. There is no way to not answer these questions before the main surveys start, which you already agreed to take by clicking "continue" thinking it would start the surveys. The only way would be to exit out, but it leaves you to think that this is part of the surveys. As the ticker does not move, one has to wonder why if this is really part of the survey, but it looks like it was added in "for some other database" instead.
