HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) — Home sales in Connecticut were up two percent in January over January of last year, according to records compiled by The Commercial Record.
Timothy Warren with The Warren Group says January’s was the ninth straight monthly increase — and says in spite of cold weather, he’s looking for the trend to continue, because of pent-up demand.
The median home price in the state in January was $230-thousand.
