Since a friend of mine is expecting I started searching for a cute gift for her. She is, however, on her sixth child and clearly not in need of too much. I went straight to Balboa Baby though for my search. I love the variety of products they offer. I wanted to give her the Retro Flower Tote Bag and Balboa Baby agreed to a review.
I personally am a fan of neutral baby gear since you just never know. So, to me the Retro Flower Tote Bag is the perfect diaper bag. It’s a gorgeous neutral colored flower pattern that isn’t over whelming yet it is still fun and feminine as well. I said feminine, not girlie. The bag has a beautiful olive green lining and trim.
The bag is a quilted design and has reinforced straps. It’s a tote bag design so it really isn’t a diaper bag by design. Remember, she has five other children that she’ll probably be “totting” things for. There are two outside and two inside pockets with a zipper closure. The measurements are: W 18 1/2″ x H 14 1/2″ x D 6 1/2″. There is plenty of room. See below as I stuff one of my (half full) diaper bags into it.

I think the feature I was most excited about with this bag is the Wash-n-dry. My friend is always cleaning and let’s be honest, who wouldn’t be with five kids. Besides me, since I’m Messy Mama! Other features and benefits not previously mentioned:

This is a quality product that I will be proud to give to my friend. You can tell by the stitching that it will last for years to come. I like when I find a company that I can trust to provide. Oh, and did I mention the generosity of this company? I mentioned that I was helping with a fundraiser with a wonderful cause. Balboa Baby was wonderful and sent one of their beautiful stroller liners to be donated to the fundraiser. I truly do love this company for this reason.
