My weekly meal plan is full of family friendly dinner ideas that are perfect for busy weeknights!

Hey, hey, happy Saturday!

Now that it’s college football season, our Saturdays usually revolve around what time the Razorback game starts. And then I plunk down on the couch and crochet with headphones in while my husband screams at the television. It’s a shame that they never seem to hear him.

It’s that time of year right before the holidays when lazy weekends will become less frequent, so I am really trying to enjoy them while I can. Today I’ve got candles lit, laundry going, and a pot of soup simmering on the stove. It’s the best kind of day, isn’t it?

Here’s what we are having for dinner this week. As always, be sure to print out a grocery list — everything you need for dinner for the week is already filled out for you!

Enjoy and have a great weekend.

Monday: Crockpot Cubed Steak and Gravy

This is one of our favorites — the whole family loves it. And I love that it’s really easy. If I prepare the potatoes in advance, dinnertime is a breeze! We have dance on Monday nights, so this is perfect.

Tuesday: 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Taco Chicken

Another crazy easy meal that the whole family loves. I make sure to make extra chicken for lunch leftovers!

Wednesday: Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders

Cheap, easy, yummy. Serve with french fries and fruit.

Thursday: 3-Ingredient Brow Sugar Italian Chicken

Just coat this chicken in the simple marinade and pop in the oven!

Friday: Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Jon David has been BEGGING me to make pork chops again, and this recipe looks really good!
