My Whirlpool fridge has had several issues with spares. 5 months back, When I approached Whirlpool to get my refrigerator fixed, getting whirlpool to respond took a lot of time then they installed a defective piece. It took me 3 months of chasing to get them to replace the defective spare part. It is again not working. My complaints are: 1. Unproffessional post sales service 2. Irresponsive management 3. Day light robbery by selling defective spare parts

I want to sue Whirlpool corporation for the inconvenience caused to me and their apparent arrogance when it comes to inefficient post sales service. I need them to replace the whole refrigerator, compensate for the inconvenience caused and apologize to me.
