I just bought an Airtel broadband switching from BSNL as i was satisfied with my two airtel mobiles & digital tv & hoped that the broadband will also be far better than my BSNL But to my surprise this is the worst experience & i am going to close all the airtel connections & will also be posting on all complaint boards websites as well as on my own website there will be a special column for you guys on the kind of issues you create & discouraging on the buying new connections & if required i will also consider going to consumer courts for this. As i explained to your senior customer support but there is no resolution i bought a connection by applying on your website & there it was clearly written either take free wifi with advance rental plans or 500 cash back on other plans Then i applied online for a connection i got a call from airtel saying their representative will visit my home & check the feasibility & will tell the plans so i got a call from your supervisor whom i asked for a 599 unlimited plan as shown on website he said its available now (& it is still showing on your website i have attched the screenshot of it) so i asked for advance rental & other plans which he confirmed that you take the lowest unlimited 749 plan & in 1 month i will make this to 450 plan which is same as i was using with bsnl & 100 free calls will also be given. i confrmed & he came over saying that my old wifi which i am using with bsnl will work & took the Rs. 500/- security. He himself got my BSNL disconnected & took 4 days to make the staff come for connection i was out of internet for 4 days & when the installation team came they bluntly said your wifi will not work buy our wifi for 1800 so i said that its been told that my wifi will work even they denied giving a splitter for connection. i configured my wifi on my own & had to call customer care to get the splitter. The connection was so bad that it stopped working now & then. i thought may be they are right my wifi is not good i bought my own wifi as i dont want to give money to these guys. i bought a new dlink modem now again the connection goes bad everytime the phone line is so disturbed & very low voice comes from speaker. made so many complaints but no action. finally i had to reset the connection every half hour & then use

Later i called customer care before generation of my final bill to check my billing details & my cash back offer which i was confirmed that it will be Rs. 749 + tax & Rs. 500/- will be given in first bill i asked for a reference no so they said that for talks there is no reference no its given for complaitns only later after generation of bill when i called customer care for my cashback they told that the website is not updated (tell me one thing your website is still showing the plan i have attached the screen shot clicked today only) for last 2 months & when i complained to senior executive my mom recieved a call at the registered no 9996925009 that my the executive gave a wrong commitment & these plans are not avaialble now we are taking action against the executive. (tell me what should i do with that) Also 3 times i had called customer support to disconnect my connection everytime they say i will be given solution for my problem but no one called up only yesterday my mom got a call saying they cant do anything so please disconnect my connection refund my security deposit & reissue me a bsnl connection as you were the one who got that disconnected.
