I'm very frustrated.  I found out my PS+ subscripition was cancelled due to my credit card expiration date being reached and I was never prompted for update information, the service was just cancelled.  I mean when the same thing happened to my Xbox Live subscription I at least got a message asking for updated information so I didn't get cancelled.  I very much enjoyed having PS+ with all the free games and offers that it came with, but I'm very wary of subscribing again knowing first off did I lose anything with having my original subscription lost (such as games that I have downloaded that required a valid PS+ subscription to play) or will it all be valid once I sign up again?  Still find this very poor customer service since it isn't difficult to send an email to state the card was invalid due to expired expiration code and to submit new information to ensure no loss of service.  Would have also been nice to have gotten such a notice while the Black Friday PS+ year subscriptions were out so I didn't lose out on that offer.
