Hey guys, i was watching a movie in my xbox 360 that ive had sine 07 when it....red ring of deathed. I had been planning on buying a PS4 anyways so perfect excuse right ? So i run out last night and picked one up came home set it up except where i live only internet choices avaiable to me are sattalite and dial up. I have wildblue and it sucks. So the wifi was not strong enough for the ps4 to update on. And when i go on my computer (ive tried two computers) and click the link to download the screen loads some crazy programming looking text and font and thats it. never even tries to download it just wigs out. I've tried calling tech support three times each time the automatic thing talks to me for 30 seconds and hangs up ???? I thought maybe the actual tech line was different so i visit the website and its the same number ? What gives, does anybody know of a different number ? its after 9AM i'm sure they should be open. This ps4 does me no better than my dead xbox right now.
