I had 2 AP's on my old controller that was running on a QNAP NAS. The controller was v 3.2.7 and the fw on the AP's is 3.3.17.3991, they are an AP Outdoor* and an AP-Pro. I bought a new AP-AC-LR along wiht the Cloud Key. I backed up my old controller but I never used that to setup the older APs. After the UCK upgraded itself to the latest fw I plugged in all of the APs. The newer one adopted and upgraded to v3.4.14.3413 immediately but the 2 older APs, while working fine wont upgrade. I have the box checked for auto upgrade but they havent changed yet. I am thinking that I might have to factory reset them and manually config them.
