there appears to be a software update? earlier i noticed a new look guide, But at this moment and for the last half hour i am unable to change channel, the youview appears to be recording a freeview channel (going by the 3 led lights left to right) although it should have stopped 30 minutes ago, and im stuck on a free-view channel!!! youview will not respond to any buttons!!!
I had this issue about a year or 2 ago when there was a new software update,
i have powered down the youview box and restarted it and it is currently working, but along with the other issue IPC 6011 im getting fed up with this machine!
i called talktalk about 10 / 14 days ago about the IPC 6011 issue and the person assured me he had cleared it... i was sceptical ... because it returned on the 24.09.15
