Have had problems in the past when I forgot my password and tried to reset my password. I have a @outlook.com email and a gmail account. My skype is tied to my outlook account but evidently I specifed the gmail account for things like password resets. In the past when I had trouble signing in I could never get it resolved and ended up creating a new account, so I belive I have several. Anyway, for quite awhile I had been signing on with my username being my outlook email address ( example [e-mail removed for privacy and security] )and then a password. Yesterday when I ran skype I immediately noticed the log in screen looked different. Sype evidently had been updated. It also was defaulting to a username that was one of my old accounts and not the outlook email address username I had been using. I changed it to my outlook email address but I could not log in. I did the reset password.. I reset it which seems to have reset my outlook.com email password but I can't log in to skype with it. I've tried old passwords, new passwords....reseting passwords.. nothing works. It lets me reset the password but then I can't sign in with it but I am able to sign in to this page (skype community) with it. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling skpye.. nothing works. I believe when this happened several years ago I ended up talking to somebody who did something which allowed me to log in. Anybody have any ideas and can you speak with a real person or are the only choices the skype community and email? Thanks
