Hello everybody. As you can guess by the title I also have a problem with my Premium account and no matter how many days I have been searching and reading similar posts nothing seems to have a definite solution and my problem still persists.

For more than a year now I have been paying for a Premium Account monthly with Unlimited World calls included.

This is an entry from my purchase history that verifies the above claim:

April 8, 2014     xxxxxx     Skype Premium with Unlimited World

The following is the sort of email I used to get every month when the payment was done.

-------

We've delivered your order

Your Skype Premium order was completed successfully and is now active.

As part of your subscription you can now:

Make group video calls with three or more other people (up to 10 under correct conditions).

Make unlimited* calls to World

Get an exclusive discount on a new webcam as a Skype Premium subscriber.

Get live one-to-one customer support, visit skype.com/go/livechat and sign in to your account.

On April 29, 2014 I received an interesting email with title "Changes to your Premium subscription".

-------
A few changes to your Premium account
Group video calling is now free. But as a big thanks for being a Premium subscriber, we're giving you calling to countries around the world at no extra cost.

That means you'll get all the perks of Premium, plus unlimited1 calls to phones in over 60 countries/regions — all for the same rate you're paying now.

Here’s what you'll now get…

Unlimited1 calls to mobiles in 8 countries/regions and landlines in 63—see our full list.

Up to 10 people together on a group video call.

Live chat support when you need it.

The same great ad-free Skype you’re used to.

What's next?
Your account will be automatically updated, so you don't have to do a thing.
Any questions? Let us know.

Since the first few days of May my calls to my usual numbers wouldn't connect anymore and I'd get a message instead that I do not have enough credit and that I should purchase a subscription.

I checked the purchase history and the last entry I found is the following:

April 24, 2014     xxxxxx     Skype Premium     Paid with: Skype Promotion

Under Skype Premium Settings within my account it reads:

Skype Premium is active.

Last payment     Order No. xxxxxx     April 24, 2014

Next payment January 8, 2015

According to the email I received the new changes to my Premium account would have been done automatically and there was nothing I had to do!

Not only none of the changes was automatic, but I even lost my subscription call advantages.

What is going on? How do I get this sorted?
