General certification policies:
MicroStrategy strives to certify the current and previous major version of any product it integrates with. This is intended to help customers with their upgrade cycles of all technologies involved. This document provides a list representing a snapshot of certified technologies current for version 10.2 of MicroStrategy Secure Enterprise.
Each product MicroStrategy Secure Enterprise integrates with comes with its own unique convention of specifying a version of its product. Unless specified in the comments a certification extends to all minor versions and includes all editions. MicroStrategy recommends following each product vendors best practices for applying all publicly available security patches, services packs, etc.

Call MicroStrategy Technical Support for using Intelligence Server in a non-English Solaris or AIX environments that require Oracle or Teradata for metadata, warehouse or statistics.
Refer to TN5300-752-0498 for steps necessary to set up Intelligence Server in a non-English Solaris or AIX environment that does not use an Oracle database.

Many server messages are localized for certified and supported international environments. Certain server communications are non-localized.
Server Operating Systems
Unless indicated otherwise in the comments MicroStrategy certifies operating systems compatible on x64 or x86_64 PC platforms.
MicroStrategy Secure Enterprise requires 64-bit versions of operating systems.
