By accessing the Site, you and Micro Focus agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and Micro Focus also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts with respect to such matters.
