(Author's note: This is purely a fanfiction of a fake character set in the Killzone universe. I made this entirely for fun, not for use in the official canon! This is my first fanfiction work and I would appreciate it greatly if you would provide constructive criticism. The perspective of this fanfiction is set from the POV of the VSA. specifically their archives.)

Dossier 36-a "The Catalyst"

Name: Joram Roark

Affiliation: Helghast Wall Security Forces, Black Hand

Rank: Major, Grid-387 Vektan-Helghast Wall (Vekta City-New Helghan)

Age: 39

Threat Level: 3

Status: Alive, Under Surveillance

Born in 2351 on Helghan, Roark witnessed the Terracide at the age of nine years old. Following the end of the Second Extrasolar War, Roark and his parents, who worked in the Helghast Propaganda Ministry (See Documents 299-a-1 and 299-a-2), fled to Vekta with the remaining Helghast refugees. It is believed that his parents resumed their work in New Helghan following their exodus to Vekta. Roark enlisted in the Helghast military in 2368 and was assigned to Grid-387 of the Vektan-Helghast Wall following it's completion in 2367. Refer to document 28-a-4 for a detailed account of his military career following his assignment to Grid-387. Roark currently holds authority over Grid-387, the section of the Vektan-Helghast wall that separates Vekta City and New Helghan. He is believed to be responsible for training and harboring Black Hand insurgents in a small training facility located near Grid-387. This group of Black Hand insurgents are suspected to be responsible for the recent attack on VSA Headquarters and subsequent bombing of inter-Vektan transportation facilities. While Roark's discontent towards Vektans is noteworthy, recent surveillance indicates the involvement of a senior Helghast party official who may have ordered Roark to support Black Hand activities (See attached documents). Further investigation is recommended.
