When is Black Friday 2016 in Canada?
The Black Friday sale starts online on November 24th, 2016 at 11:59pm ET and in-store on November 25th, 2016 (see the store locator for store hours). The sale continues beyond Friday, into Cyber Monday and runs until the deals are gone! Best Buy retail stores will be open longer to make sure you can take advantage of all the deals, and BestBuy.ca gives you access to Black Friday deals even while the stores are closed.

Black Friday is the first Friday that follows American Thanksgiving and is considered by many to be the beginning of the holiday shopping season. It’s a chance to get a jumpstart on all the gifts you need to cross off your list!

Are Black Friday deals and prices also available on online products?
To give you even more chances to save we’ll be providing many of the same deals you see in-store online as well. The in-store sale will last until each store closes, but the online sale will continue on over the weekend. That means 24-7 access to our huge online assortment. Be sure to check the homepage for the hottest deals when the sale starts.
Will there be deals on brands I know and trust?
The Black Friday Sale will feature products from all different kinds of top brands like Samsung, HP, Apple, Playstation, XBox, and more! Will the Reserve and Pick Up option be available on Black Friday?
Due to limited quantities, a small selection of our hottest Black Friday Doorcrasher deals won’t be available for Reserve and Pick Up while the sale is on. These deals will be clearly identified on the site to avoid any confusion and other items on the site can be reserved, as normal. Once the sale is done Reserve and Pick Up will be available for all items once again.
What is your shipping policy for Black Friday?
We offer free shipping on any Black Friday order that is over $35 and doesn’t require Scheduled Delivery. To learn more, check out our free shipping policy. Delivery times will vary based on the destination, but you’ll be able to see when you can expect to receive an item by checking the information next to the Add to Cart button on any product detail page.

It coincides with the Black Friday sale that follows American Thanksgiving. It’s a huge shopping event that gives customers an opportunity to take advantage of more great deals sold only online after Black Friday.
What is Cyber Monday?
Cyber Monday was started in the U.S. in 2005 after research showed that the Monday following American Thanksgiving was one of the biggest online shopping days of the year. It has since grown in popularity every year to break sales records, as more and more customer participate in the eHoliday.
Are the same Cyber Monday deals also available in-store?
Cyber Monday is traditionally an online-only sales event, but to give you even more chances to save we’ll be providing many of the same deals you see online in our stores. The in-store sale will last until each store closes on Monday November 30th, 2015, but the online sale will continue until all the deals are gone!
Will the Reserve and Pick Up option be available on Cyber Monday?

These deals will be clearly identified on the site to avoid any confusion.
