Tracking Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a consignment note number within 24 hours. Simply use this to check on the status of your delivery at this link.
In the unlikely event that your order is late, please contact our courier agency at 03-77876677 and provide them your consignment note number for further assistance.
Delivery and Collection
When collecting or accepting your delivery, you will need to present your original NRIC/Passport along with this e-receipt. From time to time, we may also request additional documents for verification purposes.
If you selected Collect at Digi Store, your device will be ready for collection (not applicable to Pre-order and Backorder):
Peninsular Malaysia Within 3 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan Within 4 business days after your order has been confirmed
If you find that your delivery address and contact details are incorrect, or are unable to collect / accept your order personally, kindly contact our customer service hotline at 016 2211 800 to update your delivery details within 24 hours from your order confirmation. Additional charges may apply for any changes in delivery address and / or manner of collecting the device (or SIM card).

Mobile Number Portability(MNP)
