Give Monthly Givers terrific customer service: This is a no brainer right? People are giving more to you and you should always make sure that you are giving them more.

Show donors how their monthly gift buys something specific: I've mentioned this before, people want to know how their gift is being used to help. Let them know if it's helping to provide shoes for children or clean water for a community.
