I received an email from: customercommunication@info.natwest.com

Is this a legitimate email address belonging to Natwest?

All the other emails have Natwest in the subject line, however this one said "customercommunication"

I called up on 03457 888 444  to check and it said it couldn't process my customer number or PIN. I finally spoke to someone and they said the email was legit.  However when I hung up, my online account also couldn't recognise my PIN or customer number when I tried to log in. On the 3rd or 4th try it finally let me back into my account.

Should I be worried? Is there a way my calls can be interepted?
If I call the number again, how can I be certain I'm speaking to a member of staff?
