Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill high-level positions in Consulting, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Business Development and other areas of the business. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide high quality, screened candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. More specifically, you will:

Develop and implementrecruiting strategies to identify top talent for all designated positions

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from candidate sourcing and screening through the final offer and acceptance of a new hire

Source candidates through inVentiv ATS, job boards, networking etc. as well as promote the internal referral program

Screen candidates and update records in ATS

Manage the candidate progress throughout the interview process

Primary recruiting contact with all qualified candidates; proactively manages candidate relationships and coaches as needed

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers and colleagues

Participate in career fairs, open houses, and professional networking events to increase candidate pool and employment branding

Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations and colleges/universities to attract quality candidates

Participate in approved industry events and corporate meetings as applicable

Submit activity and project tracking reports as needed

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

BA/BS degree highly preferred

Minimum5+ years full cycle recruitment background

MUST have strong recruitment experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Information Technology as well as other corporate positions

Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

Deal with service failures, prioritize customer needs, demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency to obtainresults

Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues

Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, adapt to varying customer needs; respond to objections successfully

Strong computer skills including ATS, web based recruiting tools, MS Office skills

Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral based interview techniques

Possess network of candidate relationships
