Responsibilities
The Primary Care Representative is responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan for managing designated territory. The Representative will utilize data sources to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI, attaining and/or exceeding assigned sales and profit goals. TheRepresentative will effectively manage sample inventory levels and track physician profile information. The Representative will successfully cover targeted Primary Care and Pediatric physicians while;

Achieving 9 target physician calls and 2 or more pharmacy calls per day

Participate in other activities, including sales meetings, speaker programs, and conventions which may occur outside of typical business hours

Representatives should achieve 80% reach and 90% calls to targets each quarter

Requirements

BA or BS degree from a 4-year, accredited college or university is required

Successful B2B or sales experience

Pharmaceutical sales experience not required

Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

Business acumen, understanding the aspects of ROI

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Available for occasional travel for ongoing sales training and meetings, in addition larger geographic territories will require overnights

Prior healthcare industry experience a plus

Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive toassigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified.
