This month, DC Comics is propelling almost every one of its monthly titles five years forward to reveal the fates of all the characters we’ve come to know in the New 52. The continuity rises out of DC’s weekly title The New 52: Futures End, in which a cadre of heroes must fight against the rise of Brother Eye, a sentient oppressive computer program that is destined to enslave the world. Not every hero will make it out alive — or already has.
Here is your comprehensive character guide for where all your favorite heroes and villains, listed alphabetically, have ended up five years into their future! SPOILERS aplenty will follow!
And don’t forget to come back every Monday in September to see the updates from Futures End-branded comics shipped to stores the week before.
