A few months ago Comfort Insurance announced that we are sponsoring Camperfest 2014, and now the big weekend is almost here! Everyone in the office is already getting geared up for the weekend, especially Marketing Manager Charlotte Davies who will be at the show giving away free Comfort Insurance coasters and balloons (as well as valuable advice about motorhome insurance).

Discussing the event, Charlotte said: “Comfort Insurance is proud to sponsor and support such a great event, especially as it brings together motorhome and caravan owners from across the nation. I can’t wait to see everyone there enjoying themselves, and I hope to get some great photos from the festival. Don’t forget that there will be free Comfort Insurance goodies to take advantage of throughout the weekend, so make sure you grab yours while you’re there!”

Even though the show is only a few days away, you still have the opportunity to books tickets and experience a weekend filled with camping, entertainment and like-minded people. Here at Comfort Insurance we have a passion for everything to do with motorhomes, which is why we always strive to provide our customers with motorhome insurance policies that enable them to travel far and wide. This is also why we decided to sponsor this year’s Camperfest, as we love meeting fellow motorhome enthusiasts and talking to them about their recent trips and plans for the future.

If you are still debating going this weekend then let us remind you what you could be missing out on! Firstly, Camperfest will have hundreds of campervan and motorhome owners all in the same place at the same time, meaning that if you need some advice from seasoned motorhomers there is no better place to go. Furthermore, you will be able to see a range of campervans and motorhomes up close and personal, so if you are thinking of investing in a new one this is the perfect opportunity to find out which models you like the most. We’re also sure that there will be some vintage or rare campervans attending Camperfest that you may not have the opportunity to see anywhere else!

Camperfest is also extremely welcoming to all motorhomers and caravanners, whether they are novices or have been holidaying in recreational vehicles for a number of years. Even if you don’t own a motorhome or caravan you can still attend Camperfest as there are also pitches available for caravans and even tents. Furthermore, if you buy a ticket to Camperfest you will gain free entry to the Chester Food and Drink Festival which is being held at the same time. We’re sure that you will find a range of amazing dishes to try at the Festival, and you could even stock up on provisions to cook in your motorhome during the evenings!

If you have already booked your tickets for Camperfest we would just like to quickly remind you of a few site rules. Firstly (and most importantly) if a group of you have booked together you must all arrive at the same time and early, that way you will be guaranteed your designated pitch. Secondly, we would like to remind everyone that dogs are permitted into Camperfest for free, however they will not be able to enter the Chester Food and Drink Festival or go near the children’s rides area. Finally, the doors open to Camperfest 2014 at 5pm on Thursday 17th April, and 7:30am on Friday 18th to Sunday the 20th of April.

All that is left to say is that we hope you all have a fantastic time at Camperfest this weekend, and if you see Charlotte there make sure you say hello! We would also love to see your pictures and hear your experiences of the weekend, so make sure you get in touch on our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages. See you at the show!
