Congratulations To All Our 2016 Coach Training Graduates

2016 was another huge year here at ICA with coaches from 28 different countries across 15 different niches. In 2016 we launched 2 additional programs, our Coach Skills Course and programs for people who just want coaching skills and two additional CCE courses, the Mentor Coaching and Niche Development courses so our aim of having “A Coach in Every City” and changing lives one coach at a time is getting closer and closer.  So I invite you to browse through the yearbook to meet our newest group of ICA Coaches.

Featured Students From This Yearbook

At ICA we don’t teach one single coaching model in the course itself and we don’t believe every coach should use the same model.  Every single coach graduates with their own unique coaching model as coaching is CONTEXTUAL. Your model needs to reflect the needs of your clients, your industry and coaching.

Below are a few examples of our students work, you can click on each coach’s link in the graduate yearbook to read their published works.
