My name is Brett. I've been on the forum for quite some time, but never really did a build thread for my other Miata. By this point it is pretty much a dedicated race car. It started as a 1990 Miata I bought for a DD, and slowly the evolution began.
After swapping to a 1.8 and turboing the car I found one day that the previous owner had been rear ended and it was never reported. I was on the search for a donor shell to swap everything on to. That's when I found a Craigslist ad with 2 shells and a garage full of parts for $500. I jumped on it, sent one shell to the wrecker because of irreparable damage, and ended up with a straight shell from a 93LE.
Swapped in all of my parts, as well as a built motor and a few other upgrades to make it a race car.
Got her tuned and made 303/221 to the wheels. Then I got a deal I couldn't turn down. Full turbo kit with a 6758EFR for $2500 with only 80 miles on it. Here is the car today.
Haven't had the car tuned since the EFR goodness, but I will update as soon as I do.
