Alcatraz - Giv Me Luv (Trent Cantrelle Remix) [YOSHITOSHI]
Yoshitoshi pulls this classic back out of the vault to give it the remix treatment and Trent Cantrelle pulls it off flawlessly. The original housy stabs are replaced instead with a pulsating bass line to accompany the original vocal. Remixing a classic is always a dangerous endeavor but Trent has done the original justice with this one.
Skitzofrenix - So Fine [FREE DOWNLOAD/CIAO]
As originally heard on his guest mix here on #CPR a few weeks ago, Sktizofrenix gives away his incarnation of Brandy's "Baby" on Soundcloud for free! The track samples the Brandy original with a simple formula; a slamming kick drum and grooving bass line. This one has been going off in my sets, check it out.
Corey James & Masson v. Tove Lo - Malanti Habits (A&G Mashup)
My friends A&G from Miami recently released a mashup pack for reaching 40,000 fans on facebook and this gem was one of them. They layer the vocals of Tove Lo's "Habits" over Malanti giving the track a nice vocal to fit over its melodic breakdown.

Bottai - Loden [REFUNE]
Refune Recordings, the label of Sebastian Ingrosso has laid dormant for years now but it appears to finally be back and kicking. A few weeks ago, it was announced that groove cartel upstart Bottai has announced he was signed to the label and now we have his first solo release with them "Loden". The cornerstones of Bottai's productions are all prevalentin this one, from the pianos and stabs to the huge bass lead. Word inside the industry is that this is just the tip of the iceberg for this talent, so we are excited to see what else he has in store!

Michael Woods - Brain Went Ping [MAU5TRAP]
Michael Woods is a veteran to the scene, and normally his productions are always solid. "Brain Went Ping" is on another level however. He experiments with many mechanical sounds before giving away to a lead ping that raises and lowers in pitch. Finally a kick drum hits and that's when the magic happens. This tune is the type that starts out in sets filled with generically built tracks and sends a crowd to the next level.
DJs From Mars Guest Mix
You have probably seen the Italian duo known as DJs From Mars even if you haven't heard them play before. Their box heads (somewhat similar to Cazzette's) provide a disguise as they play everything from big room progressive house to even raegge. Their 30 minute guest mix is truly a music journey as the energy continues to mount throughout the many genres the duo showcases. Check out their socials and enjoy this guest mix!
