I cannot believe it but the first day of summer is this week already! Summer has to be my favourite time of year as it is just packed full of local produce! My weekly trip down to the farmers market is like an adventure where I get to see what new and wonderful produce has arrived this week! Of course I figured that this would be the perfect time to collect some of my favourite recipes using fresh summer produce and a few that are just about cooking outdoors in the amazing warm weather! With all of the different fruits and vegetables available during the summer it is hard to focus on any one for very long so there is quite a lot of variety in this roundup with a few ideas for each.
