Characterized by a slightly bitter and spicy flavor Pietrafitta Extravirgin olive oil is made of various varieties of olives, including Il Frantoio, Il Correggiolo, Il Moraiolo and Il Leccino. This delicacy is ideally used as a dressing for Tuscan cold plates and the traditional pinzimonio.
