Create and Send A New Video Email
Now, you are ready to start sending Video Emails. One of the greatest benefits of Talk Fusion is ease of use. Regardless of your Internet experience, you can send eye-catching Video Emails in just a few short minutes. Here are some hints to help you through the process.
Select a Template
Your video email can be displayed in your choice of templates. Make your selection from this drop-down menu and click “Go”.
Build Your Own: Start from scratch to build your own, completely custom Video Email Template! Select an outer frame color, video frame color, banner, greeting and photo! See below to learn how.
Talk Fusion Templates: Select one of these professionally designed Talk Fusion logo templates to tell others about Talk Fusion! Pick your design from the second drop-down menu at the right and click “GO”.
Custom Samples & Custom MLM Samples: Examples of custom Video Email templates are available to you.
Pre-designed Categories: Choose from a wide array of pre-designed templates that are divided by subject such as Business, Special Moments, Holidays and much more. Click on a category from the drop-down menu and then choose your design from the scrolling template gallery at the top of the page. Click on your choice to select or change your template.
Your Custom Template: If you ordered a customized template, it will be stored under “Your Custom Template” for easy access.
Your Saved Templates: Any templates you have designed and saved by clicking the Save Template button, will be stored under “Your Saved Templates” for easy access.
Select an Outer Frame Color
Simply click on the color of your choice. The outer frame of the template will change to that color right before your eyes.
Select a Video Frame Color
Simply click on the color of your choice. The video frame will display that color instantly.
Banner Options
Upload Banner: If you have a banner that you would like to upload into the template, simply click “Upload Banner.” This allows you to browse your computer, locate the desired banner, and upload it to the designated location on the template. The ideal banner size is 656 pixels wide by 80 pixels high. If the chosen banner is smaller than the recommended size, the “smaller” banner will be placed on the template. If the chosen banner is larger than the maximum allowed, Talk Fusion will re-size it for you. At any time, you may change banners in order to achieve the desired look.
My Banner Library: If you previously uploaded a banner into a template, click on “My Banner Library” to select the banner of your choice.
Greeting Options
Create Greeting: If you would like to create a Custom Greeting, simply write your greeting text and select the color of your text. If you have already created a Custom Greeting image, simply hit “Browse," locate your greeting, and click on “Upload."
Select From Library: You may select a greeting from a wide-array of pre-designed greetings. Click “Select From Library”, choose a category at left and then click on the greeting you want. It will automatically load into the template greeting section.
Photo Options
Upload Photo: If you already have a photo you would like to use, simply click on "Upload Photo." Browse until you locate the desired photo and then click "Upload." If the chosen photo is smaller than the recommended size, the “smaller” photo will be placed on the template. If the chosen photo is larger than the maximum allowed, Talk Fusion will re-size it for you. At any time, you may change photos in order to achieve your desired look.
Select from Library: You may select a photo from a wide-array of professional images that can be matched to your video email. Simply click on "Select from Library," choose a category, and then click on the desired photo. Your choice of photo will be automatically uploaded to the appropriate location on the template. The ideal photo size is 290 pixels wide by 170 pixels high.
Video Source Options
You have four video options: Webcam, Import Video, your own online library called My Saved Videos or Fusion Pro Videos.
Webcam/Import Video
To record a new web camera video, select the “Webcam” icon from the Video Source Options screen. Simply click on the “Start Recording” button and your web cam will start to record. Once you are finished recording, click “Stop Recording” on the player window toolbar. Then, click on “Save Video” which will upload the video to Talk Fusion’s server (or you can click “Cancel” to start over).
To import a video already saved on your computer, select the “Import Video” icon from the Video Source Options screen. Then, select the “Import Saved Video” button. A “Select File” window will appear, allowing you to find the saved video file on your computer. Simply type the name of your file in the File Name field and click “Open” to automatically insert it into your video email. (You may also use the “Look In” drop down menu at the top of the “Select File” window to manually search for your file. Once found, double click on your video file to automatically insert it into your video email). Then, click on “Save Video” which will upload the video to Talk Fusion’s server (or you can click “Cancel” to start over).
Once you have saved your new web camera video or imported video, it will playback automatically; so you may preview your video message. If you are satisfied with your message and template, click “Send your Video Email” at the top of the page. If you would like to change your video or template, click “Return to Editing Page” or “Re-Record Your Video”. When you are done editing, simply click “Send Your Video Email” at the top of the page to proceed.
My Saved Videos
All the videos you record and save are kept on-hand in a library for you. It's a very convenient option, if you have a new use for a previous recording. Just choose the "My Saved Videos" icon from the Video Source Options screen. A window with icons for all the videos available will appear. Click on a video to preview. Click “Use This Video” to instantly place that video in the template’s video window or click “Return to Video Library” to make another selection.
Once you have selected your saved video, it will playback automatically; so you may preview your video message. If you are satisfied with your message and template, click “Send Your Video Email” at the top of the page. If you would like to change your video or template, click “Return To Editing Page”. You may also choose to “Add A Video Clip” from either “My Saved Videos” or “Talk Fusion Professionally Recorded Videos”. Select the video you wish to add and then click the box if you wish that video to play first. When you are done editing, simply click “Send your Video Email” at the top of the page to proceed.
Talk Fusion Professionally Recorded Videos
Our Professionally Recorded Video library is comprised of a large selection of pre-recorded professionally made videos. Choose from categories such as General Business, Auto Dealerships, Real Estate and Talk Fusion! These videos offer the user maximum flexibility and cover a wide array of topics, including Greetings & Salutations, Major Holidays and commonly used industry functions. Just choose the “Fusion Pro Videos” icon from the Video Source Options screen. Select a category from the drop-down menu and icons for all the videos available will appear. Click on a video to preview. Click “Use This Video” to instantly place that video in the template’s video window or click “Return to Video Library” to make another selection.
