I have a great opportunity to bid on a government contract it's an 11,700 sq. ft. office it's divided into two different dept. a DMV office and a motor vehicles office. We are to clean both places 5 days a week. General cleaning, dusting, moping, garbage, But they want complete janitorial where we would supply the janitorial supplies toilet paper, paper towels, liners, water cooler cups, change light bulbs when they burn out, spot clean rugs, remove gum, clean light fixtures, sweep the outside area, clean inside and outside windows. also buff tile floors every quarter and wax them as well yearly. The carpet needs to be spot clean when needed and shampoo quarterly.

Mind you the tile area is about 60%, the carpet 30%, ceramic tiles 10%. and they want all this together in the bid. And im thinking a DMV office see's about 200 people a day and lets say 30% use the toilet, how much paper would be used here. And the motor vehicle sees about 100 people a day I think.

Im trying to figure out how long would it take to do a place like this. I'm thinking about 3-4 hours, 3 people I think. And about the janitorial supplies how would I estimate usage to give a proper quote.

This is a big one and I really want to land this one badly but at the same time I don't want to short my profits either.
