Look! It’s the Clayton Library’s land, long before the Clayton Library!
Carol Putman, who has shared many pics with us lately, tells us about this one.
Attached is an older photo of the barn which stood on the site of the Clayton Library. It had been moved there from somewhere else (not sure where). It was scheduled to be preserved on this location, I believe, until it was discovered it would be too expensive.
This photo was taken sometime in the late ’80s or ’90s, just prior to its demolition.
