If you're not familiar with the Wolf Tooth 42t Cog it extends the normal range of the XT cassette (11t-36t) to (11-42). It's very similar to the SRAM XX1 (10-42). I have this same setup on my own bike and love it. There are many charts that compare the ratios but all you really lose is the lowest gear on a traditional 24/32/42 triple and the highest gear lets you hit 25mph at a cadence of 100 (I'll include the original E*13 triple chainrings if you would like to convert it back). On my own bike I have yet to drop a chain and the XT Shadow Plus shifts like butter. If a ride has a very rocky/all mountain section I just turn on the impressive Shadow Plus system to stiffen the chain and quiet the drivetrain.

The RockShox Reba RL is everything it has been hyped up to be. It keeps your front wheel on the ground with positive contact to make your corners tight and the ride smooth. The remote lockout gives you better pedal efficiency for more speed while passing another rider or to get a PR on a segment.

I left extra room on the steerer tube in case you would like more of an upright fit. In the pictures the stem is upside down but if you have a bad back it would be easy to just flip the stem and put the spacers underneath it. Racers usually like a more aerodynamic fit with a lower stem.

The Carbon handlebar is 720mm wide for more control, easier breathing, and better positioning for balance. This makes you more stable and slower to fatigue. Of course the bar is made so it can be cut shorter if you prefer.

The bike was weighed on a Saga Mercury Basic 66 scale without pedals.

Will ship within the contiguous United States.
