I have used the rod a handful of times fishing for bluegill on my neighborhood lakes. The rod is in very good condition with normal signs of use (as seen in photos). The action is squarely medium in my hands, and some might consider it medium slow. It casts a DT 3wt. Supra line very well. It seems to have a lot in common with my Scott F2 Japan Special 3wt. It bends deeply and has a smooth recovery.
