Things are not looking good for the Democrats this week as the DNC has gotten off to a very rocky start. Elizabeth Warren even decided to take a few shots at Trump as she praised Hillary, but he fired back quickly. Do you think that we should listen to her and label Trump as the ‘devil’? Liberal firebrand Elizabeth tried to undertake the delicate task of reeling enraged Bernie Sanders backers into the fold by showering praise on her kindred spirit from the Senate and ripping into both Donald Trump and the ‘rigged’ financial system.
‘Trumps’ entire campaign is just one more late-night Trump infomercial,’ Warren told an enthusiastic convention crowd. ‘And for one low low price he’ll even throw in a goofy hat.’
Warren, represents the Sanders wing of the party, but nevertheless made an emphatic case for electing Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump.
The Massachusetts senator served as a key validator in a hall, which had split throughout the night whenever speakers mentioned Hillary Clinton’s name.
‘Bernie reminds us what Democrats fight for every day. Thank you Bernie. Thank you,’ she said at the top of her remarks, praising Clinton’s defeated rival.
Then she started taking apart Trump.
‘On one side is a man who inherited a fortune from his father and kept it going by cheating people by skipping out on debts. A man who cares only for himself every minute of every day,’ she said, to hoots of approval.
‘On the other side is one of the smartest toughest most tenacious people on this planet. A woman who fights for children for women for health care, for women’s rights,’ said Warren. A woman who fights for all of us and who is strong enough to win those fights.’
‘Other than talking about building a stupid wall which will never get built, other than that wall, did you hear any actual ideas?’ Warren asked the crowd, who responded, ‘No!’

Even those on the Left loathe Hillary and were shouting down and booing DNC speakers at the mention of her name:
Hillary Clinton’s coronation as Democratic candidate for the White House opened in chaos on Monday as delegates booed every mention of her name.
The Philadelphia venue erupted in jeers and shouts of ‘Bernie’ every time Clinton was named, and outside thousands also chanted for Bernie Sanders.
The new acting chair of proceedings, Marcia Fudge – brought in after DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz quit in disgrace when her anti-Sanders bias was revealed – desperately called for ‘respect’.
Even the opening prayer was interrupted by chants of ‘Bernie, Bernie’ which began from protesters outside the venue and quickly spread inside.
In the tumult the gavelling went wrong as Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, drafted in at the last minute to replace Wasserman Schultz, forgot to use the gavel and had to rush back on stage to bring it down to formally open proceedings.
‘I hereby call the Democratic National Convention 2016 to order,’ she said to cheers, walked away from the podium, then was intercepted by an aide who ushered her back and reminded her to use the gavel. She flashed a thumbs-up sign as she left for the second time.
