Your responsibilities will include:
Business Requirements Analysis, Process Analysis, Solution Design
Develop and demonstrate solution prototypes
Application configuration
Develop data migration strategies and mapping
Testing – creation & execution of testing scripts
Development of training material & training delivery to clients
Co-ordination of problem resolution activities for clients
Assist with development of scope and project plans for engagements
With assistance from project managers, manage delivery outcomes, status reporting, time frames and change management processes within smaller client projects
With assistance from project manager, principals or directors, manage effort to scope and identify and escalate change requests
Assist with sales proposals, tender responses, presentations & client meetings
Key Skills:
Ability to drive business requirements and must be comfortable to take an active role in requirement sessions with groups customer stakeholders including C-level / director level / users
Strong understanding and demonstrable experience of the Salesforce platform
Full lifecycle experience on Salesforce projects (requirements to completed delivery and handover) preferably a working knowledge of the Agile delivery methodology.
Relevant Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certificates.
Can Work through challenges for successful outcomes.
Good risk awareness skills and manages escalations to bring about resolution to meet client standards.
Self-starting team player with ability to plan and execute detailed work to effectively meet objectives
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak intelligently to senior management
Demonstrable ability to shape successful solutions for Salesforce customers.
