Taj Simmons is joining Time Warner Cable News in Raleigh, North Carolina as a reporter. Simmons will move from Rochester, Minn. where he was a multimedia journalist for KTTC-TV to Raleigh, N.C. for the new position. He was with the NBC affiliated station at KTTC since October 2014.
