The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $3.9 million to $32 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a home in Palm Beach was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 This neoclassical estate at 4730 North Bay Road was listed, fully furnished, for $31.75 million. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom Miami Beach mansion includes 130 feet of water frontage. Mirce Curkoski of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing. The 27,000-square-foot property last sold in September 2012 for $6.1 million.

#2 A Blue Diamond condo, also in Miami Beach, was listed for $20 million. The unit at 4779 Collins Avenue has eight bedrooms, 12 baths and 9,000 square feet. It includes three private pools, a gym, home office and maid’s room. Charles Cambria of Hotu Realty Group is the listing agent.

#3 North Miami Beach made the list this week with a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate at 16479 Northeast 30th Avenue. The 12,058-square-foot home was listed for $9.9 million. It last sold for $3.4 million in July 2005. Melanie Tenenbaum of Beachfront Realty has the listing.

Palm Beach

#1 A Jupiter mansion was listed for $5.5 million. The estate, at 5341 Pennock Point Road, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two-half baths. Milla Kabalkin of Keller Williams Realty of Jupiter has the listing. The 9,292-square-foot home was built in 2003 and last sold in September 2009 for $1.5 million.

#2 A tennis court, home theater and pool are among the amenities at 7816 Steeplechase Drive in Palm Beach Gardens. The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom house is on the market for $4.5 million. M and A Leibowitz, Leibowitz Realty Group are the listings agents for the 10,323-square-foot estate.

#3 The home at 2975 Rhone Drive in Palm Beach Gardens was listed for nearly $4 million. It has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, and it last sold in March 2010 for $2.45 million. Kathy O’Brien of Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country has the listing for the 5,030-square-foot house, which was built in 1988.

Broward

#1 55 Isle Of Venice Drive, a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $14 million. The 3,484-square-foot home was built in 2010 and last sold in January 2012 for $7.275 million. Matthew Bertanzetti of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.

#2 Douglas Elliman’s Sheryl Hodor has the listing for 2536 Lucille Drive, also in Fort Lauderdale. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 6,988-square-foot home is on the market for $6.9 million. It was built in 2007 and last sold in May 2012 for $4.4 million.

#3 A wet bar, monitored wine room, elevator and generator are included in the listing of 192 Fiesta Way. The waterfront Fort Lauderdale home has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and is on the market for $4.9 million. It can also fit up to an 80-foot yacht. The 7,233-square-foot house was built in 2007 and last sold in August 2012 for $4.425 million. Palina Kryvulets of Miami Red Square Realty has the listing.
