Veteran journalist Anthony Taberna, who is a member of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), has decided not to not talk about the issue surrounding their church.
INC currently faces controversies after some members of the founding Manalo family revealed in a YouTube video that their lives are in danger and some INC ministers have been abducted. There were also reports on mass kidnapping of ministers to censure knowledge of corruption. However, the INC had already denied these allegations and also rejected claims of corruption.

On the news anchor’s Instagram account, he first warns the public about his alleged Facebook account which posts something about the issue. He announced that it is a “bogus” account:
The broadcast journalist also took to Instagram his sentiments on the said issue. He encouraged his co-church members to be strong despite the obstacles their church is going through. He also proclaimed that his faith will never waver.
#foreverINC #happy101stAnniversary @rosseltaberna”
The INC celebrated its 101st founding anniversary on Monday (July 27, 2015), at the Philippine Arena and Philippine Sports Stadium in Bocaue, Bulacan.
