The new, innovative CTInTouch takes patient communication and retention to the next level by allowing chiropractors to communicate with patients one-on-one, on an ongoing basis.  Chiropractors can now quickly create customized and targeted patient communication campaigns using a variety of templates that can be targeted at certain patient types.  The campaigns will send personalized messages to patients through email or text, as well as through in-app patient messaging if the practice is also using MyChiroTown.  Chiropractors will be able to communicate with their patients about missed appointments, birthdays, events, promotions, educational tips, and many other targeted topics.  CTInTouch also integrates with MyChiroTown for additional functionality and value for patients.
