Typically when a company launches a ‘mini’ version of their flagship, specs take a dive. However, that’s not the case with ZTE Axon Mini 4G. With a beautiful 5.2″ 1080p OLED screen, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage (expandable with microSD) and a fingerprint scanner, all put inside a lovely metal body, it’s a really nice budget handset.
All in all, the device feels like a premium handset and with a wonderful 13MP rear camera, it takes pictures like one too. With a recent push into the global market and some wonderful smartphones, LeEco are about to take the world by storm with a huge range of products, but we’re more interested in their smartphones. In particular, the LeEco Le Max 2. It’s a clunky name for what is actually a great smartphone.

#4 – Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro 4G – Was £452.66, now £306.73
You might be thinking that £306 doesn’t sound like a bargain for a Chinese smartphone, but bear with me here, because the ZUK Z2 Pro might well be the most powerful smartphone on the face of the planet.
Starting with the basics, you get an incredibly bright 5.2” 1080p screen with a searing 500 nits of brightness for outdoor usage and 100% NTSC and sRGB colour gamut, an overclocked Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB of RAM(!), and 128GB of internal storage. Oh, and we forgot to mention its optical heart rate and oxygen sensors, Samsung made 13MP 1.34um camera with an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, OIS and a dual-tone flash.

#5 – Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 – Was £441.92, now £157.06
Returning to Xiaomi for our fifth incredible deal of the day, we have the Redmi Note 4. The Redmi series has always been the more budget friendly end of Xiaomi’s line, but the Note 4 could easily be mistaken for a very high end phone indeed.
With a 5.5″ 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory (expandable with microSD), it stands up with the best. Combine that with a 10-core Helio X20 processor, a full metal body, rear fingerprint scanner, 13MP camera and excellent build quality and, well, you’ve got a great candidate for your next smartphone.
