THE LOCATION
Lakeshore East is located between Columbus Drive and Lake Shore Drive just north of Millennium Park and just south of Wacker Drive. That puts it in the northeast corner of the Loop, the New Eastside Neighborhood, and in the 60601 zip code. It’s a convenient location for people who work in the Loop, attend one of the several colleges and universities in the Loop or enjoy Chicago’s Theater District.
The buildings that comprise Lakeshore East surround Lakeshore East Park. The 4.6 acre park includes a tots playground, a dog park, gardens and a walking path. The park and interior of the development are accessible from the south off Randolph and from the north off Lower Wacker Drive.
