The Salt Lake Culinary Center is offering a Galentine’s Day — A ladies only Valentine’s celebration, February 14 from 6-9 p.m. Chef Colin has prepared a modern, sexy menu for you and your girlfriends to enjoy. There will be a delicious snack waiting for you upon your arrival, and you will get to spend the evening cooking and having a blast with your friends before you sit down and enjoy your dinner together. Price is $85 for the hands-on class and meal.
Harmons at Bangerter Crossing is hosting a Happily Ever After Valentines Dinner Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., for $100. The seven-course meal includes crab salad, pickled baby vegetables, -consomme with duck prosciutto, a goat cheese platter, Pork Three Ways (pork loin, pork belly and braised ribs), a Hearts Salad (hearts of palm artichoke hearts, celery hearts, romaine), with desserts of red velvet cheesecake, hazelnut tuille, drinking chocolate, and a macaron.
