Format of the evening
There is plenty of parking
On arrival, those wishing to partake, details will be registered and a number card allocated
The auction will start at 7.45pm
As lots are purchased, they will be recorded against the name and details of the number card holder
There will be a 15 – 20 min break mid-way through the auction where a raffle will take place for a helicopter ride and other items
At the end of the night, full payment should be made and can be cash or Debit or Credit card
All items purchased can be taken by the buyer that evening
We would expect the auction element of the night to finish by approx. 10pm
In addition to the auction there will be a table of other items to purchase – donated but too many to auction – some bargains to be had there
There will also be a sponsors table displaying leaflets from those who have been kind enough to support the event.
