Antonio Conte revealed earlier this season that he would rather kill a player than keep someone with a bad attitude.
The Chelsea boss is currently in the middle of a row with star striker Diego Costa , whose head has been turned by a mega money offer from China.
Costa was left out of the matchday squad for the trip to Leicester at the weekend, with a minor injury being cited as the official reasoning.
The bust-up is the first major hitch that Conte has had to come up against in his table-topping first campaign as Chelsea boss.
But it wasn’t to be unexpected after the Italian’s revelation back in September.

Speaking in an interview with Thierry Henry on Sky Sports, Conte revealed that he would not stand for disrespect form his players.
“I always talk about education and respect. I give this, but I demand this.
“If someone haven’t the good attitude during the training session or the good behaviour, in different circumstances, then I would prefer to kill him.
“If a manager closes his eyes and does not want to see the bad situation he will lose the changing room.”
The owner of Tianjin Quanjian has admitted holding talks with agent Jorge Mendes over a move for Costa.

It was suggested that a £570,000-a-week offer was on the table for the Spaniard.
Shu Yuhui has confirmed that they are ready to spend mega-money on a move for a big-name striker – and that the 14-goal Premier League top scorer is at the top of their list.
“I made an appointment with Mendes and he came to my hometown to visit me. At that time, we were interested in signing Costa,” he said.

“PSG told us Cavani would only be allowed to leave in June, even though the player himself was willing to join us.
“The same can be said for Costa because Chelsea would only let him leave in June. However, the new season of CSL will almost reach the halfway stage in June, we can’t wait so long.”
Ranieri wants Conte to win league title

Ranieri, 65, led the Foxes to a surprise league title last season but his side are currently 15th, 31 points behind his former club.
“As former Chelsea coach and as an Italian supporter, I hope that Conte can achieve the goal,” Ranieri said.
“He has shown that the Italian school of coaches is valid more than ever.”
Ranieri is contracted to Leicester until 2020 but accepts his long-term future at the club is not safe, despite his success last season.

“I hope to remain in England,” he added.
“I’m good here, even though in football one day you are in the stars and the next day in the dust, so never say never.”

The Evening Standard say Blues boss Antonio Conte is willing to spend £70m on the pair.
The Italian failed with a £21m bid for centre‑half De Vrij in the summer.
Conte is desperate to strengthen his defence and De Vrij is reportedly likely to leave Lazio in the summer having refused a contract extension.
Lazio will demand £35m for the Holland international – who is also wanted by Manchester United.

Conte is also eyeing attacking midfielder Anderson, who is under contract until 2020 with the Italian giants.
