 Personal Trainer Food uses only natural foods like Meats, Vegetables, Eggs, Nuts and NO processed fillers, sugars, starches, noodles, rice, potatoes, gravies, etc. I love this! So easy!

I'm into my first week of this easy meal plan and am so enjoying how simple and easy it is! You simply pop a pack in the microwave for 60-90 seconds and ta-da easy natural food and no processed foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Below are my meals from yesterday- Grilled chicken/broccoli, grilled Angus burger/green beans, a HUGE bowl of almonds and please note breakfast is missing (I'll tell you why below).





So far the only issue I've run into is my 3 years love of this food. He's managed to share each of my meals despite him having his own choice for dinner. I'm not complaining! I don't mind sharing these healthy choices- he happened across my breakfast on the table yesterday and devoured most of the yummy egg/maple sausage combo before I got a chance at a picture or even a bite myself ;)
