Wagon Workshop Supervisor – Working within the Rolling Stock Department. Ensure maintenance is carried out on time. Prepare budgets and plan staffing schedules, managing technical coordinator and Locomotive foreman, ensure safety standards are met, ensure procedures are followed and ensure staff are suitably trained. *BSc Engineering required*
Planning Supervisor Minerals and Cargo – Working within the Rolling Stock Department. Supervise Maintenance Planners activities, Review maintenance requirements, advise maintenance manager on maintenance matters, Implement a computerised Maintenance Management system with the client’s internal system, assess Rolling Stock Maintenance Regimes and preparation of annual budget inputs.
Technical Procurement Specialist – Working within the Rolling Stock Department. Supervising the acquisition of rolling stock and the rolling stock engineers and consultants. Support role for the Planning and Procurement Manager. *BSc Engineering required*
Maintenance Planner – Working within the Rolling Stock Department. Planning of all maintenance activities, reporting on requirements and preparation of annual budgets.
Locomotive maintenance Specialist-Working within the Maintenance Department managing the locomotive Maintenance function in the workshop, ensure locomotives are maintained as required, Review requirements, advise rolling stock Maintenance planner on procedures, processes and reliability improvement, advise on material requirements, provide training and mentoring of staff.
